January 11, 2015 By Paul L'Huillier

Out fitting the internals

Out fitting the internals

To all members

This is a second request for assistance to out fit the internals of the new Shed.

Work is set to resume at the Shed next week — Tuesday 13th January starting at 9:30am. Work will continue each week: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 9:30am to 4pm. Morning and afternoon tea is provided.

We need your help. There is a lot of carpentry, tiling, painting, assistance to tradesmen, landscaping, etc to be done over the next few months.

If you can help for a couple of hours a day or longer can you please advise Ian Howley (secretary/project manager ) via email on secretary@mountbeautymensshed.org.au.

Please indicate which are your preferred days and hours so a roster can be drawn up. We wish to spread manpower over the days and weeks ahead.

Regards

Ian Howley

A Reminder – Bunk assembly at Bogong Wed.17th.

December 16, 2014 By Paul L'Huillier

On Tuesday 16th December Eric and Rob (Outdoor School – Bogong maintenance staff) are dismantling the remaining downstair bunks. This is very good news as it means we don’t have to do it.

We need workers for — Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th December meeting at the Scout Hall at 9:30am.

Wednesday is when we are transporting all the bunk sections to the Outdoor School – Bogong to be assembled in the bottom floor rooms. It requires a lot of helpers.

Please let Dick Puttyfoot know (Tel: 5754 1942, Mob: 0417 836 841, Email: <richardputtyfoot@southernphone.com.au> if you can assist on one or both days. If you have already indicated that you can assist please ignore this reminder.

Hi All

Work on the shed will conclude today (Wednesday 10th December) for 2014.

We will resume again during the week beginning 12th January 2015. Details will be sent out early next year.

Thank you to all the members who have helped us get to the stage we are at now with the building of our shed.

A lot has been achieved and we are well placed to have the shed fully operational in the first part of 2015.

I hope you enjoy the break and the festive season.

Don’t forget the Christmas BBQ Lunch this Friday 12th December 12 noon at the Senior Citizens Clubrooms. Please let me know today if attending: Email: secretary@mountbeautymensshed.org.au

Thanks again
